Location, location, location. Just a few blocks from the beach. Many beach items provided. Paddle boards, towels, balls, chairs and a wagon to haul it all to the water. House is well equipped. Be aware that this is a tri-level. That is not in the listing. Not a problem for us but may be for others. Top floor suite is lovely. Little extras were appreciated. Throw blankets, soap in the bathrooms, real wine glasses. Your neighbors can see into the living room/first level but all windows have blinds. Again, not a problem for us but perhaps for some. I don't have little kids anymore but the stairs may be a deterrent for those that do. All in all a lovely stay.

The location was perfect and the property was great for a group of 8. Kitchen appliances could have been better (coffee maker, toaster), the second bathroom didn’t have shades on the windows. Parking was good and could fit a big suv
