It is a lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk, numerous rental shops, and Belmont Park. The beach itself is long and wide with fun waves and is family-friendly. Mission Beach offers a wide variety of activities to do, both on land and in the water. Here are some popular activities: *Stroll or bike along the Mission Beach Boardwalk, which runs along the beaches on both the ocean and bay sides of the community *Enjoy a variety of fun water activities, such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skiing *Spend a day at Belmont Park and ride the vintage rollercoaster known as the Giant Dipper *Learn how to surf *Play sand volleyball, basketball, or the Over-The-Line (OTL) at South Mission Beach *Picnic at grassy Mission Beach Park *Visit SeaWorld San Diego, the world-famous marine life adventure park

• 2-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: 1 car garage access (nothing larger than a compact suv) and street parking available for guests • 1 pet may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
