We had a pleasant two-day stay at your hotel. The highlight was definitely the room, which was sparkling clean with beautiful, brand-new furniture. The coffee station was convenient, though providing some complimentary bottled water would be a fantastic addition for guest comfort. The provided breakfast was satisfactory, offering staples like fruit, waffles, and bagels. To improve the experience further, we suggest ensuring consistency with hot items like eggs each morning and perhaps adding some cold juices or water alongside the hot coffee and tea options. The hotel has great potential, and implementing these minor adjustments would surely help tourists have a more seamless and enjoyable stay while visiting the wonderful San Diego area.

Dissatisfied. Photos of the hotel in their web page are portraying a different view of what it actually is. There’s no lush vegetation at the patio area, no microwaves in the rooms, or even an extended breakfast menu. And when asked about the amenities at front desk the reply was “the photos haven’t been updated”. Overall the hotel is falling apart.

I went out to relax for my birthday, with that said i wanted to chill in the jacuzzi and that's why i booked with Ramada, but jacuzzi wasn't working. The bathroom had hairs all over the tub. The internet kept going out so i couldn't watch movies on streaming. I asked the front desk for a GNC store and the lady told me the wrong mall.I spent money on an Lyft ride over to find out she sent me to the wrong mall. Since there was no hallways, the catwalk was so loud since kids were running up and down. This is the first and last time I stay there and I will not be referring anyone.

Felt unsafe. Had men follow me around and told front desk and they told me me the men were just really friendly. Checked out of my room and left. Explained that I was leaving early and received my statement. They gave someone a key to my room just by saying they didn’t have a key and the made one. It was my daughter that was not on the guest list. She was able to get to the room and stay when she didn’t have permission and I had already checked out. Still haven’t received all the deposits I had to pay

Room was ok, but the pictures online of the room indicated a sofa and tv area but that wasnt what the room they had put us in. Older hotel and paint maintenance made ot looked older/neglected. Elevator put of service. Breakfast was less than expected from photo as well.

I like the hospitality & kindness of Michelle, one of your Receptionists. The room is always clean, very comfortable bed, down pillows & bedsheets . Just need to add hot meal for breakfast. Will come back every time i’m in San Diego.
