Summary:
SD Fun is the perfect AirBnb! We provide a luxurious stay without forgetting the FUN. Open the front door with the central AC on blast, or outside in our huge backyard under the sun or the private patio with a BBQ grill! Soak in the jacuzzi, play darts, ping pong, corn hole, shoot billiards, or challenge a friend to a putting contest! A short walk to the movie theater, Crispy Creme, shopping, and more!

The Space:
Sleep arrangements: This 3 bedroom 1 bath house in Clairemont has 3 custom bed frames with high end mattresses, premium Egyptian cotton sheets, and a custom, gel mattress Pull-Out Sofa Bed if you need a 4th bed. We also provide a premium air mattress and extra sheets and pillows if you need a 5th bed. I always hate when hotels and AirBnb's have uncomfortable beds, so I made sure that each bed is high quality and comfortable.

The Home: This charming Clairemont house has tile floors and the rooms have brand new vinyl wood floors. The house is cooled and heated with a 2021 installed HVAC, and has a Nest smart thermostat in the living room that can be adjusted with a simple movement. Each closet has 10 hangers, extra storage above the closet, and a simple clothes drawer for longer stays. The closet in the hallway has small beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a Pack n' Play for infants, 2 volleyballs, an iron and ironing board, cornhole, and extra sheets, pillows, and towels if needed.

The entire house and backyard is yours, as well as the driveway for parking. We do have a tenant who lives in the unit behind the house. He is very nice and does not bother guests, ever! Don't be surprised to see him coming and going occasionally!

Activities and Amenities: We have a Kettler Ping Pong table, a 2021 Hot Springs Jacuzzi (fits 6-8 people), a dartboard, an Olhausen pool table (not from Amazon), a custom putting green with putters and golf balls, and a Nintendo Switch in the living room! Our outdoor space also includes a BBQ, a natural gas powered outdoor heater, and outdoor lounge couches with a propane fire pit.

Guest Access:
The entire house and backyard is yours, as well as both sides of the street for parking. My wife and I live in the Tiny House in the backyard. We are not home often, work a lot, and give our guests privacy and space. Don't be surprised to see us coming and going occasionally!

The Neighborhood:
Located Centrally and walking distance to Vons, Krispy Kreme, and tons of other convenience stores and restaurants, this Clairemont home is close to everything! 15 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to La Jolla, 15 minutes from North County San Diego and so much more! 2 minute drive to basketball and tennis courts and very close to the 5 Freeway.

Other Things to Note:
We hope you have the best time! If you need anything, from recommendations on where to eat (Sushi Fish Attack is a Clairemont favorite) to rental car options (we have 2!), please don't hesitate to text or message me. I am very prompt.
