The stay was horrible, there were a lot of homeless people, and people were smoking marijuana in the hotel. I will never go back to that hotel.

We were not satisfied with the room we received. We could hear the people staying next to us all the time because the walls were so thin. Also there were people yelling at 2 in the morning. Some of the staff were rude to me. We extended our stay to check out late and whomever I told never notified anyone else so they bugged me again and rudely told me to get out of the room so I had to tell them we extended our stay again. The breakfast wasn’t that great they need more selection. Also some of the outlets in the room didn’t work so the lamp next to my bed didn’t work. We won’t be staying here again. Not recommending this place to anyone either.

Front counter was not friendly. Area doesn’t feel safe, property is not clean and feels run down. $5 to park is ridiculous. I would not stay there again. Bed was really uncomfortable.

I loved this property overall but my biggest problem was that people parked in the spots we paid for on Saturday night. There was no parking for me and I had to park across the street. There should be some type of voucher and someone checking for cars that shouldn’t be there. San Diego has no problem towing cars that don’t belong in any other areas such as paid parking in downtown. Other than this, my stay was great.
