The Space:

Highlights of this cozy abode include a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan and A/C to keep you refreshed, small high-top table with 2 stools, plus a flat-screen, Smart TV to watch your favorite movies and shows. You'll appreciate the sleek kitchenette, complete with a mini refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Freshen up in the combo tub/shower after a day at the beach or exploring the nearby attractions. Right outside your door, you'll discover a small patio area with a bistro table with seating for two. There is also an outdoor BBQ and a stacked washer and dryer on-site for your convenience. We understand that pets are part of the family, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure. This studio is within walking distance to the beach, so you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun, swimming in the ocean, or taking romantic sunset strolls along the shoreline.

- Parking is street parking only.

- Smoking is not permitted.

- Guests must be 25+ to rent.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
