Staff was great and went out of their way for us. Hotel had a cool little robot that delivered snacks to our room for the kids. Nice bar/firepit area to hang out in.

This property is not really in downtown. It’s a couple miles from the center of SD. Room was comfortable but you need to tell them when you want cleaning. Lobby small not particularly attractive. The reason I would never use this hotel again is the parking situation. Parking is in a garage not attached to the hotel. You have to drag your luggage down to the main level, drag it up a short hill through the outdoor and indoor seating of a restaurant where people are eating and then into the hotel. It’s a huge PIA. Then you have to use your room key to go in or out of the lot. Never again.

Location is overall good, but it’s quite noisy in the room when there are ppl talking outside. Also, the cleaness of bed sheets it’s not good, I got bug bite on my bed and still not yet fully recovered after 3 days.

Due to the Border 2 fire our family had to evacuate, and Heather was absolutely amazing! From our last minute booking and her attentiveness to help our family get 2 rooms next to each other. The staff was all great and kind. We have officially said this is our new place for our family Staycations. The breakfast was delicious! I look forward to staying here again in the future and for a longer time :)

Wasnt terrible. But wasnt the greatest

Room was very clean and comfortable. The photos online made this location look alot nicer than it was. We had no view and our room looked out to a wall. The parking garage was a pain to walk up and down to, to get to our car. The front desk associate who checked us in was extremely friendly and had their robot Cesar send up complimentary hot cocoa and snacks for our kiddos. The hotel is close to everything. Our stay wasn’t terrible but with our kids we will definitely choose another location next time.
