Newly built residence located in the heart of Val di Fassa in the village of Pera di Fassa. From the accommodation you can easily reach the walks along Avisio and the cycle path that starts from Canazei and arrives in Molina di Fiemme. The ski bus and public transport stop are about 100 meters away, as well as restaurants and pizzerias available in the area. An uncovered parking space belongs to the apartment.
Attic apartment on the third floor, also reachable by elevator and composed as follows: large living room with panoramic balcony and kitchen equipped with induction hob and dishwasher, a double bedroom with access to the balcony and bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a further bathroom complete with shower and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a spacious cellar equipped with a bench and ski storage and the possibility of storing bicycles, including electric ones, with the possibility of recharging.
