Babette (heprea: Jumalan lupaus) on hiljattain rakennettu perhekoti. Alkuperäinen talo rakennettiin vuonna 1967, mutta ajan myötä uudistimme vuonna 2017 ja liittyimme Airbnb-perheeseen tammikuussa 2018. Tämä omakotitalo on Family Oasis, ja olemme päättäneet jakaa tämän kauniin kokemuksen vieraamme kanssa.

Pieni ruokailutila, johon mahtuu 4, on myös täydellinen ateria. Jaamme tämän tilan myös olohuoneessamme, jossa on kaapelitelevisio ja laaja valikoima kanavia ... Se on koti, jossa voit viettää laadukasta aikaa luomalla ystäviä perheen n ystävien kanssa mukavasti. Minun on mainittava, että meillä on 2 valtavaa terassia riippumattoineen ja ulkokalusteineen, jotka ovat täydellisiä rentoutumiseen näkymistä kuuluisalle Macal River Park -puhelimelle sekä erittäin ystävälliselle naapurustolle.

We had a nice stay. Location was great. House was clean. Nice restaurants near by. AC in each room was nice. If I had any recommendations it would be: One or two more towels for upstairs bathroom(we only had one), bar soap or body wash for the showers(there was none in the house), and it would be nice if the upstairs bedroom had a TV. Overall, nice house & no major complaints.

This is an amazing property for the value. It is walking distance to the San Ignacio farmer's market, a grocery store, coffee shop and chicken restaurant. The property is adjacent to a park, so the back bedroom is quiet at night. Everything was in excellent shape and exceeded our expectations.

The place was very nice and very spacious. The balcony on the rooftop was very enjoyable, with lots of different birds to watch on the surrounding trees. The bedsxwere comfortable and the washrooms were very clean. The proximity to the center of town made forc pleasant little walks. The host responded in a timely manner and was helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is large, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We didn’t end up cooking during our visit, but the kitchen is very well-equipped and easily suited for preparing full meals.The upstairs balcony was absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax. We truly enjoyed meeting Melly and her husband — they were incredibly responsive, kind and welcoming.The location was perfect. The Guava Limb is just a few steps away with fantastic food, and the market and downtown area are only about a six-minute walk. We also loved the friendly neighborhood atmosphere — even the neighbor was a very sweet gentleman.Highly recommend this stay.W/D would be helpful, but we managed

7 day stay: Great location, easy to walk to town. No car required for local activities. The photos matched the house. Just a few tips based on travel experience- we were a party of 10 for 7 days. Needed more paper products pre-stocked. Really needed extra towels pre-stocked considering the climate and the number of adventures we did. Overall will recommend, comfortable stay.

We booked The Babette for my brother’s family of 6 and me. We were so happy with the spacious, large, and clean accommodations. I stayed upstairs and had the king bed/bathroom and access to both patios. My brother and his wife stayed in the room with the Queen bed (bathroom attached as well) and all four of my nephews staying in the room with two queen beds. There was water for us to drink, with a spare 5 gallon container and plenty of dishes to use (no dishwasher) for any food you want to make on your own. There aren’t laundry facilities but Melly, our host, let us know about Martha’s (a very short walk—maybe 3-4 blocks) and we dropped off two loads at 9am and were told to come back at 3 for them. It cost about 7 USD for each load. We loved this location. Everything was within walking distance. Super close to the market (across the park at the back of the house) and lots of restaurants to eat in, and tour companies. Mayawalk tours was 2 blocks down the same road from us—we used them for a couple tours. My nephews loved leaving on their own and heading to little times and markets to buy coke in the glass bottles. They were sad to leave The Babette and the town as this place felt safe and they liked leaving on their own for their own quick adventures. We absolutely loved our accommodations and the price we paid. It’s a great place to stay! Oh—AC units in every room that worked extremely well. Thanks, Melly! Our trip was perfect and partly bc of where we stayed!

Great location for exiribg

We took our large family group of 9 to explore some Mayan sites and do the ATM cave tour. The location was perfect for that and to walk around San Ignacio. The location was central to town, the market and many restaurants. Being in town there was a little more noise at night so be prepared for that. A great place to stay. We will be back!

The place was large and spacious, located within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores.We had no problem parking our rental car on the street directly in front of the property.I would recommend this to other visitors.

House was amazing! Impeccably clean and very secure. Loved the bedroom set up and the rooftop deck looking out on park. Great dining options close. My only complaint was the barking dogs all night and that is something out of owners control. Would highly recommend - just bring earplugs 😉
