Condo on kaikki uudet huonekalut, uusi orgaaninen muisti vaahto queen size-vuode, täysin varusteltu keittiö, uusi BBQ, TV (vain DVD-soitin) ja pieni mutta hyvä valikoima elokuvia, internet, dual ilmasto ilmastointi makuuhuoneeseen / huoneisto, yksikkö pesukone kuivausrumpu, kuntosali, 24 tunnin suljettu turvallisuus, hissi, tenniskenttiä ja kätevä 5 min pääsy viehättävässä keskustassa San Jose del Cabo, supermarketti, golf, ravintolat, retkeilyreitit ja paljon muuta. The building is great and steps away from the beach. It felt very safe and it was very well kept and quiet. The condo is well stocked and it had all we needed. The living room AC and tv didn’t work, but we were fine without. The host allowed us to check out 2 hours later to make our flight connection easier. We highly recommend this place! Amazing views from the balcony.

Surf trip to Cabo

The Olas property is possibly the best place to stay in the Cabo area for a trip. Beautiful grounds, well maintained sitting on the beach between zippers and the rock. The place was perfect for two people.

Amazing spot for surfers!

Very much enjoyed the location- easy surf beach access & short drive to central San Jose! Unit had everything we needed & was quite peaceful. Other residents & guests were chill & easy going (when you saw them).

Good Location

Was looking for something close to Cabo Surf- where we usually stay but was sold out the week we went, due to a wedding. Would definitely stay at Las Olas again- good location for surf & walking distance to a few restaurants on the beach

Location, Location, Location

The location of this condo is prime. After traveling to Cabo for the last 12 years, this was our first time staying in a condo and it was a great experience. If you surf, the balcony overlooks "The Rock" and is just a few steps away. The condo is clean, cute, and Christina was great to work with regarding any questions. Definitely would recommend it.

Excellent

A beautiful 1 bedroom condo on the 4th floor which is perfect angle to see “The Rock” surfing spot. Lounge chairs on the deck are perfecto watch the ocean and chill. I loved it. Light airy and ocean breeze waft right into the condo. I noticed when bigger waves came there was a little breath of ocean breeze that would circulate throughout the condo. It’s a awesome place to stay and recharge

Simply Amazing!

First time staying in Los Cabos. The location was spectacular! We woke up every morning and watched the sunrise while drinking our coffee. The room was very nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The access to the beach was also very easy. Within just a few minutes we were able to leave the room and be laying on the sand. A person can walk for miles of endless sand beaches and beautiful landscapes. The weather was perfect, 80 degrees during the day made it comfortable to lay out without getting too hot. There was a great restaurant called Zippers right next door that had excellent food and reasonable prices. Owners Ephraim and Christina were also very responsive and honest, made it easy for us to find resort, check in, and made sure everything was fine with our stay. Overall, can't say enough good things and will definitely be going back soon! John and Marlene

Best Oceanfront Value in Cabo!

Amazing oceanfront location with views of 3 of the 4 surf breaks. Best surfing location in Los Cabos! Convenient to the pool, beach, and surf breaks. Can also walk to the local Zippers bar/food/live music and surf rental shop. Also, the upscale 7 Mares restaurant at lower tide, which also has a more expensive polished surf rental shop. A few downsides are the condo needs some basic maintenance/upkeep in the bath/kitchen area. Also buy extra PT immediately, since we only had 1 roll. We ended up using the public BR. Also, the highway and nightclub noise is loud at night. I am a light sleeper so keep that in mind. In the end, the ocean view and outdoor patio with daily surfing outweighed the downsides. Yet, this could be a better STVR with some basic upkeep in the bath/kitchen area and sanding the front door so it opens easier...

Basic condo with too much highway noise

This condo’s view is just as spectacular as the picture shows but the constant highway noise made us keep our doors closed. The bedroom is on the highway side of the unit, so I needed ear plugs to sleep. When you are at the pool or on the beach you cannot hear the noise. We could not get the TV or the Bar B Q to work. The air conditioner in the living room created a pool of water on the floor in the hallway. Kitchen supplies were spars. We could have use a boiler pan and an extra pot. The other guests were welcoming and quiet at night. This condo could benefit from some delayed maintenance.

Good location, needs updating

Is this an amazing location? Yes. Is it located right between the beach and the surf shop and the delicious fresh oysters under the bridge? Yes! Can you walk to yoga? Yes. Does the place need updating? Definitely yes. We found the bedroom to be small, dark and dank. We wanted to wear shoes in the bathroom/shower. Things just felt a little dingy and dirty throughout the small space. Not the kind of place to abide to the three second rule. Like the listing says, it's a good price for the location. So, come with your expectations set appropriately. We had slow communication with the host and couldn't find the welcome booklet. For those who might find it helpful: the wifi password on the router is correct! The pros: The balcony was sweet. Having a full sized kitchen was nice. I used the communal hot tub several times. The place felt very safe. TV had an HDMI cord to play things off your laptop.

Worst condo at Las Olas

The owners failed to send the lockbox code, even with repeated requests before check in. Thankfully the front security guard was able to call someone (?) who could tell us the code over the phone. The owner did not get back to me until the next day. Was I supposed to sleep on the street?! Upon finally entering, there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen. As other reviewers say, this place is very dated and dirty. The bed is uncomfortable, the couch is stained and smelly, the outside furniture is shredded, and the kitchen has the bare minimum (literally, only salt). Not one blanket, second paper towel roll, or second set of sheets. We were watching tv at night with towels on our legs. Las Olas is a great condo complex for surfing, and all the orange county families know so. Spring break was crazy town. With all that being said, we loved drinking coffee on the balcony and seeing the whales jump right out front. Still, I would not stay in this unit again.

First of all when I checked in the guard at the gate did not know our room number. We went to the fifth floor, then to the fourth floor. First room on the fourth floor we went to was not our room. Second room on the fourth floor was our room but did not receive the lock box code to retrieve the key. Finally the maid service came up and opened the lock box and let us into our room but did not give us the code. The owners finally sent us the lock box code. We found out after our first night that there was no cable TV service to the room, only a DVD player and a few DVDs in a cabinet. The DVD player only played the movies in black and white. We could not use the TV or DVD player remote controls because the batteries were dead. We replaced the batteries for the TV remote control but could still not get any color on the TV. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa bed so my roommate had to use a moving blanket that was stored in the bedroom cabinet. I was also informed by the owners that the stove did not work which I said was no problem since we had not planned on doing any cooking in our room. A service man came out and got the stove operational but could not fix the control panel. The toilet in the bathroom would not fill in the mornings either due to low water pressure or some other plumbing issue so the toilet tank had to be filled using a trash can and water from the shower. The faucet for the vanity sink leaked water all over the countertop when operated. There was also no TV in the bedroom, but had a cable TV outlet. With no cable TV service however a TV would have been unusable. Here's a list of things that need to be fixed: 1) The entry door hits the tile floor upon entering. 2) Extra batteries should be available in drawer at kitchen counter for remote controls. 3) Bathroom vanity faucet needs a new cartridge or replaced with new faucet. 4) Toilet tank fill problem needs to be resolved. 5) Bedding for pullout sofa should be available. 5) Cable TV service activated. 6) A combination or key lock provided for surfboard storage locker on ground level. The only good things for this condo were the view and the internet service. In years past we have stayed around the point at the Cabo Surf Hotel but thought we would try the Las Olas because of the lower cost. I would not stay here again unless the issues mentioned above were resolved.

Great Location, Great Surf Access

I enjoyed being able to paddle straight out from the Condo to surf Old Man's, La Roca and Middles during low tide. My wife could set out on the patio and drink coffee and watch me surf. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful 2 weeks in this gem!

We had a great time. This property is as it's described. Comfortable but not fancy with a beautiful view. We loved listening to the ocean at night. At first we thought we might be too far away from stores and restaurants but once we learned to navigate the bus system we were even more happy about choosing to stay here. It's at the end of a beach and the beach felt like it was mostly ours. We loved having the Arroyo just across the street. We found several different trails we liked and hiked almost every day. The oven does not work. Someone came and fixed the BBQ while we were there, which we used and appreciated. The guys at the entrance were very helpful with scheduling our return Covid test and getting us a taxi back to the airport. We both agree we would happily stay there again. Forgot to mention the highway 20 feet from the building.

The property was pretty much as advertised, very clean and simple. We had no problems with it. Our issue was that we wished someone had mentioned the highway behind the building it was so loud we could not enjoy the deck from which this most amazing view is. The area itself was also a bit misleading as we like to walk most places and again the highway is just a steady stream of traffic that walking anywhere on the road or sidewalk you are taking your life in your hands. Apparently passing on the right hand side is just a thing they do down here regardless if there is a sidewalk or not???? I realize that this has nothing to do with the property itself however I think charging what they did and not mentioning the highway being so close was very misleading.

Perfect location. Simple and magical.

This property, the owners and the property manager couldn’t be more on point. I will be a repeating renter for sure.
