When we originally checked in the front desk put a hold on our credit card for a certain amount which is fine, 24 hours later they put another hold 4x 5”that amount. We did not sighn for the second amount or otherwise it. They said that they fixed it but they didn’t. We checked out and then they tried to run our cc again for another amount even though they already had two amounts pending on hold. Didn’t refill water bottles. Didn’t get tooth brush’s and such until the last day.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is beautiful and great bar staff! If you come here to work, they have several floors of work space. Stayed one night before our flight home. The location is minutes from airport plus theres a market next doors, along with several food options you can walk to without stepping outside the business area. Very comfortable beds and amenities. Would absolutely stay again when visiting San Jose, CR.

Lovely modern hotel close to the airport but very quiet. Clean. Check in wasn't good as we had to wait a long time and no apology offered. We couldn't get the shower wand to work.... possibly operator error! That being said we would happily stay again.
