Very thin walls, you hear everything from the room above and to the sides Asked to book a shuttle to Jaco at the desk , they told I could not and needed to book in San Jose central. I did and did the pickup downtown, and then the shuttle stopped directly at the hotel on the way to pick up other guests. Really unhelpful desk staff

Room was OK. It smelled faintly of mold but seemed clean. The TV was mediocre at best and many channels were static. Hot water took about five minutes to get to the shower, The bed was comfortable. The front desk group was good. I arranged for a taxi to the airport for 4am. I was in the lobby at 3:30 so asked if the taxi could come earlier. He said no problem. At 4am, I heard him on the phone with the taxi which told him he'd be there at 4:10. They were charging me $30 for a ten minute ride. I checked Uber, 3 minutes away and $10. I took the Uber I doubt I'll stay here again, althought he price point was decent.

The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The lower review is because the airport shuttle operates on only very limited hours. Also, when we arrived, they gave us a room that was already occupied. They found us a new room, but the experience did make us question the security of the rooms.
