The room was very clean. The pool area was gorgeous. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff are very kind and helpful. The shuttle service was great. The only thing was there were no towels or washcloths in the room. Otherwise I would’ve done five stars.

My friends and i had a miscommunication and i showed up 24 hours before them. Im a middle aged woman. Didnt know what to do. Found this on hotels.com. i loved it! Everything was was clean and well maintained, the staff were super nice and helpful. The food was good at their restaurant and next door. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely stay there again.

So helpful

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise in the heart of San Jose, and so close to the airport. They even helped us have our rental car picked up at the hotel ( which we didn’t know we could do) and gave us a ride to the airport! This made the last leg of our adventure super easy and much less stressful!

Great hotel near airport.

Very convenient to airport with free hourly shuttle. It is an 8 minute drive to the airport. Outdoor pool is appealing and also good breakfast. Recomended.
