This is not a tourist trap, as it's located in a very central & local area of Santurce, very close to Ciudadela, Centro de Bellas Artes, Walmart & La Placita. Perfect for large groups & you’ll have exclusive access to the whole apartment & be in the middle of all the action! Come home to a full list of amenities & plenty of space to spread out!

The Space:
Our private apartment has an impeccably styled and state-of-the-art kitchen, bright and inviting living room, private bedrooms, and sparkling clean full bath. Upscale finishes, countless upgrades, and easy and fast access to local areas make this listing a perfect for your family and friends. This apartment is very large and spacious, with 13-foot high ceilings and lots of light.
BEDROOMS:
The house features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, all offer high comfort and convenience to relax and rest after a day of adventuring throughout Puerto Rico. Comfy mattresses and fresh sheets in every room make for the perfect retreat wherever you decide to rest your head.
BATHROOMS:
To provide you with the most care-free stay possible, the home offers a sparkling clean bathroom stocked with all product essentials.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is known as Hipodromo in Santurce, conveniently located directly on Fernandez Juncos Avenue just a block from Pavia Hospital, 4-5 blocks from a 24 hour Walmart and Walgreens, and a 10 minute walk to La Placita de Santurce, Ciudadela and Lote 23 just to name a few attractions nearby.
Getting Around:
Uber is widely available in this area, and public transportation passes right in front of the apartment in both directions-West towards Old San Juan via an exclusive bus lane, and East towards Hato Rey and Banking District/Golden Mile.
Other Things to Note:
The building exterior and staircase needs some tender, love and care; which I am working on as I continue to acquire units in this building. However, everything inside the apartment is brand new and in great shape.
-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.
-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.
-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.
-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.
-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.
-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.

All my units are designed to be self check-in and check-out with limited interaction, but I am always available if and when needed.
