My expectations were met. Customer service is superb. All the front desk attendants were very helpful. Huge shout out to Richenid. I booked my vacation package on Expedia, and Richenid called me to confirm my hotel reservation twice. She also created a three-page tour guide for me, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants, as well as activities to do and places to visit. You name it, it was listed. That was such a great help for me. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was pretty much in the center of everything. Most places you are able to walk to. We used the scooter just for fun, caught the ferry a few times($1 round trip), and Ubered to the next town for water activities. Overall, my stay was 4.5 out of 5. The following items are the reasons I didn't give a Five-star rating: no microwave, no coffee maker, no closet, a farm door for the bathroom instead of a regular door, and there was light that came through the bottom of the front door. Although I believe that's common in a lot of the other hotels.

The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated. Once it's finished it will be a beautiful place to relax. The room has the bathroom sink in the bedroom. Could use a microwave and a desk and chair. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

The staff truly made our stay incredible! They were super friendly and informative. The location is perfect walking distance to so many site seeing spots. The hotel is a little older but everything was perfect. There was a false fire alarm which had flashing lights in the room. I truly appreciated this since my sister is deaf and this allowed her to know of an emergency. Most hotels don’t have this feature and we appreciate they did.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. There was a power outage in the building but that did not affect my stay and the staff handled it properly. I would rebook with Armas Hotel again.

The staff is very kind. They are helpful too The beds are high up. Kinda hard to get onto I’d suggest they put a chair in the room. Something to sit on to get your shoes on. Also they need hooks in bathroom and room for cloths or towels. The outlets don’t charge fast but that I think is a general Puerto Rico electrical infrastructure issue I believe.
