Enjoy a stylish experience in this recently remodeled 2 bedroom beachfront apartment in the heart of Isla Verde beach walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. Beachfront building with direct beach access, 24/7 doorman service, swimming pool, basketball court, BBQ area, outdoor gym equipment and assigned parking. Condo has city views. Only 10 minutes drive to airport Condo is located at Marbella del Caribe, the most popular building of Isla Verde Beach.

• Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.



All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

The pictures were accurate, very clean, spacious. The only issue was the noise in the avenue, night club right in front.

Great place to stay. The place looks just like the photos. Good food places to walk to and shops. It is right on the beach with good swimming. It is loud in the later hours of the night. The shower water did not get super hot. Everything else was awesome.

Modern apt on the best beach

Very easy effortless check in and stay at this clean and beautiful modern apt with parking and balcony with street view. Walk to hotels for entertainment and restaurants or watch a movie on the large screen TVs. Our favorite part was being right on the best beach, beach chairs provided too. Looking forward to returning!
