This Lagoon view condo is well located near the airport and SJ area. The apartment was clean but outdated. Plenty of towels Beach gear and kitchen supplies. Pots and pans Teflon is pretty scratched up and Rusty. Not recommendedfor cooking. The shower drips all the time. Management response quickly to text or messages and it's very accommodating. There was just one issue that we did not agree on and I believe it was unjustified that we had to pay for. There is a sign posted in front of the toilet says not to throw toilet paper into the toilet. Our home has a septic system. Disposing of toilet paper into the toilet is not something we normally do. We arrived on a Monday at 4:00 p.m., drop the bags and went to explore the town unil late. Around noon the next day while take a shower it clogged. We tried to unclog it with a plunger did not work, So we call management. Management said they will call a plumber to check it. We left to see WBC game. We arrived around Midnight everything was working fine, we checked out the following morning. Couple days afterwards I get a message from management saying we have a 200 incidental for clogging the toilet and my credit card will be charged. There was no other discussion he did not respond to my messages afterwards. We were in the apartment less than 20 hours when this incident happened and it could have been caused by previous tenants. I have never had an incident like this and I travel quite often. I would recommend this place to anyone

Great condo right on the beach. Comfortable beds, close to restaurants and the owner was very responsive. Just an FYI to get hot water turn the dial to the 4 o’clock position (opposite the hot water) and you’ll get plenty of hot water. The condo is dated and needs some maintenance but served our purpose as a comfortable place to stay before our cruise.

The host was responsive. The condo was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! There was a Walgreens directly across the street, and we were able to eat at a different restaurant every night due to so many being located in walking distance. The beach access was ideal as well. There condo and grounds are very secure, and security staff were helpful. The only downside of the security was that if one of us had the security fob, the other was unable to go to and from.

Was a very clean apartment in a good area. Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms spacious. Would easily occupy 6 guest. The only down side was the size of the bathroom but it was VERY CLEAN. Would most def return.

we stood from 10/25 and left Early morning of 11/52025. The shower needs to be updated no pressure from shower head. Had alittle trouble with tv. asked host if we could get in apt earlier due to our early flight getting in and replied check-in was 3:00. otherwise our stay was good clean great view from balcony apt was clean. Other than the host not allowing us alittle earlier into apt and shower head water pressure problem our stay was good. On Nov 5 we left the apt by 8:00 am due to our early flight.

First time in PR and it was amazing from the food to the place and people. Family friendly, good and quick communication with host when needed. I wish we had beach view but the city view was amazing as well. Couldn’t thank Frank enough for the beach amenities he had and were there for us to use. Could use a few updates but overall clean and amazing experience. A few steps from the beach and the pool was amazing. Restaurants, shops and a lot of things to do are literally down the road 0-10 min walk so it was so helpful specially for us who had little ones that don’t want to walk too much Hopefully we will go back soon and look forward to stay here again.

Fantastic location. Right on the beach and a quick 10 uber to Old San Juan. The AC worked great! I was also so nice that it came with towels, cooler, chairs etc. Frank was very responsive and helpful, his restaurant recommendation was amazing. We will be back!

Nothing short of amazing. Frank is an amazing host. The property was clean, the area was peaceful during hours that merited. Everything was close. Frank the host was very attentive however, he gave us our space. I will definitely stay here again. I definitely recommend booking this place.

Fabulous Beachfront location

Perfect start to our Vacation. Property was clean, well stocked with linens/basic kitchen items/soap/etc.. and exactly as described/pictured. Comfortable for 4 adults and 1 teen for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - right on the beach plus close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Pool was great - large and well maintained. Having reserved secure parking was also a huge plus. Area is a little loud and busy, even at night, but as the property/building is secure and the unit is on an upper floor, it works both if you want to join the fun in bars and restaurants or if you want to have a night in. We enjoyed watching the nightlife from the balcony. Frank, that host was great, providing clear instructions for access to the property and suggesting local restaurants.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

We loved staying here! Fit a family of 4 adults comfortable and the space was perfect, from the easy parking, to the beach access, the balcony and amenities included, we would stay here over and over. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
