24 tunnin vartiointikompleksi sisältää kaksi uima-allasta, tenniskentän, koripallokentän, golfviheriön, lasten leikkipaikan, hiekkajalkapallokentän.
Huoneisto sisältää:
Master makuuhuone queen-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja kylpyamme.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysi sänky ja taapero-sänky
Olohuone, jossa liu'uta ulos futonista.

Air conditioner was very effective once plugged in and turned on, definitely helped with sleeping. Make sure you turn hot water on as soon as you get there, first day hot water was a little limited, but after that, it was fine. Great location, right next to the beach with private beach access. Nice swimming pool. Nice location, close to San Juan and also close to ferry to Culebra and Vieques Islands. Highly recommended.
Location is very close to rainforest
Cane toads, so be careful if you have a dog don’t let it out at night.
Beach behind the property, very nice.

The unit is perfectly located ... steps from a stunning beach. Every you thing you need for great days at the beach is in the apt. Kitchen is fully equipped. The host is exceptionally responsive and was quick to answer all questions. Best thing we an say is we would return!

This was our most enjoyable trip to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe, actually feels like you live there. The place had all the amenities you could ever think of and have in your own home. The pool area is divine to the point you almost forget the beach which is amazing also. We will definitely be back to this area!

Literally Home away from home

Beautiful location

We visited with our two young (6 and 3) children and had a wonderful time. There were many accommodations available for the needs of the children and a helpful, reasonable, and responsive host. I would absolutely stay again at this apt when visiting the area in the future.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the condominium fell short of expectations. The hot water never rose above lukewarm, which was disappointing and not ideal for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The dryer was also quite noisy and became a nuisance whenever it was running. Additionally, the cookware was outdated, which made meal preparation less convenient than expected.On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Jose’s email communication was clear, informative, and much appreciated.

Amazing stay in Puerto Rico

We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico. The condo and community it was in were perfect. Communication with the owner was top-notch. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great beach access

Very short walk to the beach. There are palm trees and other areas of shade available, and you can walk a good distance along the beach. Only downside are some weeds and branches in some ares. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It could use a little sprucing up for some minor items like the hot water switch, a clock and lamp in the main bedroom, and the grill.

Wonderful First Experience in Puerto Rico

Really loved our trip to Puerto Rico. Jose was incredibly communicative even before the trip started and his place was the perfect location and size for myself, my husband and our 7 year old. Felt very secure and safe, close to amazing spots, including Luquillo Beach, and wonderful amenities at the condo. Will definitely book again if we return to PR in the future.

Amazing location!

We stayed here from December 23 - December 30. The location is really what this place is all about! Just steps from a beach that was never crowded, and very close to fun activities - we did a snorkeling trip and a guided tour of El Yunque, and both were within a half hour drive. We also did a day trip to Old San Juan, and it was very easy getting to an from the airport, too.

Beach condo

The place was convenient to the beach, mountains, and eateries. Contact with the host to problem solve (directions, etc.) was good. The kitchen was stocked really well to be able to buy groceries and cook if desired. We might have liked a little deeper cleaning, but it was a good place to stay.

Beach front tranquility

This is our second time at Jose’s condo and we hope to be back again. The condo was the perfect base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and a wagon to haul everything to and from the beach. The ac units work great and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We loved being on the ground floor as it made it easy for our kids to walk out and play on the lawn. The condo complex is very well kept, safe, and peaceful. The pool and beach are wonderful and very often we were the only ones there. We will definitely choose Jose’s condo for our next Puerto Rican vacation.

Loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we had our privacy. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed: kitchen stuff, beach towels, toys, and even beach chairs. Steps from the beach, which was always empty! Also steps from the pool, and a small warm kid pool. No issues whatsoever, would highly recommend!
