The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes walk to beach, close to Luis Muñoz airport, short drive to Old San Juan, 24 hr. grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops The house is a 5 bedroom which sleeps 10 people.

What a wonderful stay . . . booked for 1 evening prior to cruise & with our group of 6 there was so much room in this wonderful home. The host was fabulous & communicated so prompt with all my questions (even beyond our stay i.e., local activities/places to eat etc) We unfortunately did not get to utilize the pool & beautiful patio area due to our limit time . . . close to airport, downtown dinner in old San Juan & convenient to cruise port too!

This location is perfect for large groups. We traveled with a group of 10 and everybody had a place to sleep, the pool was perfect sized, location gave us easy access to shops and food… We never went to the beach so not sure how far that is from the home but overall it was a great stay. The only complaint I have is we were booked through till 11 AM but the cleaning lady showed up at 10 so we had to leave earlier than expected. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for large groups.

This is an incredible property with so many beautiful details inside and out. It is spacious, very clean, and perfect for a large group. The outdoor space is just as lovely as the indoor space! The host was very easy to communicate with. We only wish we had more time at this property!! Next time!!

This is a great vacation home. It is centrally located. It is a couple miles from the airport, about 5-10 miles from Old San Juan and walking distance to the beach. There are many local restaurants and shops nearby. The Host was excellent helping answering all our questions. I highly recommend this unit for your vacation.

Girls trip in Carolina

The House - perfect for a group of friends, couples group or family. the primary bedroom was very large with a comfy king bed. the other bedrooms were good sizes with queen beds, dressers, and some space for hanging clothes. the washer and dryer are brand new and work great! the kitchen, dining room and living room are also big spaces, so no one felt cramped or on top of each other. and the bedrooms were all down a hallway off of the main living area, so if people were up late and being loud other people could go to bed and wouldn't be so disturbed. the pool was a fantastic amenity to have! it was great to jump in after a day at the beach or after walking around shopping. it was so refreshing and you can just chill while having a cocktail. i recommend only 1 person showers at a time, otherwise you lose water pressure. Location - 10 mins walking to a beautiful and calm beach where you can swim. There was a guy renting beach lounges and a woman making pina coladas in a pineapple, but otherwise the beach is pretty chill and lowkey. el san juan hotel beach club is not far away either if you want to get a day pass there. There is a really good coffee shop and a bakery and a market that is a 5 min walk from the house. and Supermax grocery store thats right next to the beach. its also only about 6 minutes from the airport! about 20-25 min from old san juan, 8 min from santurce and 15 min from condadThe host is very attentive and generous. let us check in when our flights arrived.

Amazing, truly an Island Oasis!!

This house is amazing!! We celebrated our anniversary at the house with all 5 of our children and it did not disappoint at all. Felt like we were truly in paradise.
