Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to guests of the complex. Our property is situated in Coral Beach Condominium just next to The Gran Sonesta Hotel and adjacent to the international airport.

Studio on the eleventh floor with an ocean-side view. The main living room faces, the side ocean view, and the breeze will relax you while you lounge. In front of the beds, a 50-inch smart TV is equipped to enjoy movies and TV shows free Cable TV included.

You'll love this place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. This place is good for couples (with kids), solo adventurers, and business travelers.

SPACE:
The apartment has a 500 sqft. approx. of dimension. Open the sliding doors and have a nice side view of the ocean. You will relax you watch TV or on the small couch in front of the sofa a smart TV is equipped to enjoy movies and TV shows free included. Included a modern dining table with 2 stools. For those warmer days, you can close the windows and sliding doors, and the A/C in the rooms will cool down the place.

Kitchen: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener, and wine opener.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a Queen bed and a Sofa bed which is perfect for 3 guests. There's a desk with a chair ideal if you need to work. A nightstand, and a closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

BALCONY: The balcony is our best-kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you can relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in the ground area and one assigned parking space

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (NO WASH TOWELS) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and a cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience, CVS is just in front.

LOCATION:
The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops, all within walking distance and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit is located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and have fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with a few questions. After that, you will receive another message which includes all the important check-in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own.
