SPACE;
LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable SOFA for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. For dinning a table can fit up to 4 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner in or you may step outside in the balcony.

KITCHEN: The bright open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

ACCOMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED, side tables, smart TV, twin nightstands, dresser. Private bathroom with a shower. Closet with hangers

SECOND BEDROOM: is a little small but has a bunkbed for your children.

BALCONY: The balcony is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

CONDO included: doorman, access to the beach, big pool and kids pool, tennis & basketball court, nice playground area, coin laundry in lobby area (washer & dryer), 1 parking space

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1-bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".
You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located near the Luis Muñoz Marín international airport in Carolina, PR. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas. You do not need car; you can use UBER if you wish to go around.

NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a long message which includes all the important check in instructions.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
