The Red House 3 is excellently located in the heart of Carolina . Just a short drive away from San Juan’s Airport , old San Juan , Isla Verde , Condado , Great restaurants , Bars for nightlife , amazing beaches , malls , outlets and everything you might need during your trip!

- The power plant in the property is only for emergencies or in case of power shutdown it will be on between 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Excellent location, very easy to travel to any location. Has shops, bakery, supermarket etc. within minutes. The studio is big enough for two and the bathroom is spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. No issues sleeping at all. The illumination is good and the property parking is a plus.
