Just a 5-minute drive from the airport and steps from hotels, casinos, restaurants, and cafés, it’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business trips. Private beach access and free underground parking included. This is perfect for UP to 3 guests.

Space:

Living Area: The living room area has a very comfortable COUCH BED for an extra guest and for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. The dining area has a beautiful small glass table with quirky seating for 4 people and 3 stools.

Kitchen: The bright open kitchen with granite top is equipped with a new full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Also, a house private washer and dryer, great for your extended days.

Bedroom: KING-SIZED BED, walk-in closet, storage drawers and a small sofa.

Balcony: CONDO IS UNDER REMODELATION, ACCESS NO AUTHORIZED. The balcony is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.
