Let’s start with the good. Rooms were clean and front desk were very helpful. So now for the bad No hot water to shower Very noisy on street side The locks on rooms require a code, very difficult to access every time No vending machines No refrigerator No safe And very small Had higher hopes.

Nice looking property. I was placed in a room where all the AC generators are right outside the window. Its so loud, i had to ask to move bit they had no rooms available except right next door. The rooms also have a mildewish smell. Good for a quick stay, i didn't check in until 1030pm and check out is 11am but i wouldnt stay here again

Very convenient and close to the beach. Walking distance. Did snorkeling at the escambron beach and only walking distance. We chose the right option. This hotel was right in the center of what we needed. Rooms were clean and newly renovated.

I would strongly recommend to have a coffee maker in the rooms; hotel doesn’t have restaurants nor small snack/coffee shop; that is a big upset. But overall is ok; good location for tourism

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were all phenomenal! We cannot say enough about their kindness and all the help they provided. Irma gave us so much information and helped us arrange an early check in by translating for us. They allowed us to check in early and were so helpful to make our stay the best. The housekeeping staff and front desk attendant were also fantastic and assisted us in so many ways. (Wish we had asked their names to also list them in this review). There’s also a great coffee shop right next door. We loved our stay here!!!

Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. However’ we were there for three days with no hot water. They were supposed to be working on the hot water issue but was not resolved prior to our departure. There is no coffee on site, medication has to be stored in a shared refrigerator, and floors could have been a lot cleaner. Air conditioning works very well but is also very loud and we had three cycling on and off all night outside of our unit.
