The staff can do better with their attitudes and professionalism, it wasnt very good. Charging a 'resort' fee when there's no resort left much to be desired and for the prices you are charging ther could be more of an upgrade on the overall exterior lobby and staff attitudes. The room was beautifully set up and also comfortable. The view was beautiful especially with the sunset.

Pros: great location near airport, old San Juan, etc. Room had a decent sized balcony with pretty partial ocean views. Come: room felt dated and not very clean. Hair and dust throughout. Upon check in, no hotel info was shared. Such as check out time, parking details, WiFi, etc. Only communicated was the resort fee total and not even an explanation of what it covered.
