Stayed here for my bday it was great! just wish the TV was in the bedroom and that the water was hotter it was like warm but other than that it was clean, bed sheets etc clean. I loved the hamper and the extra table and chair by the entrance.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, a 24-hour grocery store, and nearby restaurants. It’s also great for traveling with a baby, as they have a large fridge, laundry facilities, and a dryer. The only downside was the mosquitoes.

This property was overall fine. The cleaning staff were nice but the hotel experience wasn’t great honestly. No water pressure in the shower it couldn’t even rinse sand off me, the hand sink had more. Smoke detector doesn’t work and isn’t on. Only one tiny small garbage that overfills because wits never changed. We weren’t left check out instructions so I hope I checked out correctly. The door to the building is supposed to lock but it often isn’t closed and is just open for anyone to come in. You have to push it shut. Bottom of bed all ripped up, no plates, no silverware or anything if you want to eat there. Had to go find people for new towels. Were bugs that kept getting in somehow and I got but up in my sleep a bit. Lighting isn’t awesome and the room is generally small. So overall not the best but it managed while we were there for three days. As a heads up if you stay there the intersection next to it’s lights don’t work and there is nothing telling which car to go or for pedestrians so be careful. Also many dips in the sidewalks random giant holes you will break your ankle in.

Overall the place was okay. I only took off stars/points because the place was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and black grime in the shower. There was also hair shavings in the shower. After showering there I never felt clean.

I’m not happy with my experience. I never write bad reviews but the customer service and understanding was terrible. I was told to wait outside by the pool before checking into my room because there was no lobby area. I asked for a general bathroom several times and they couldn’t even let me use the office bathroom. The pool area had so many mosquitos and I have proof. Ik it’s PR but one of the workers denied mosquitos and I took pictures. There was an inside lobby area that I could have waited but was made to wait outside for 5+ hours. If it wasn’t for the grounded flights and chaos, I would have booked elsewhere. I want a refund.

This place was not great. The mosquitos swarmed over my head while sleeping, the smell is terrible, the refrigerator was dirty and not cleaned out. I only got one key to the room and lost my key. No one would let me into the room and I had to get another hotel room 15 minutes away. No one apologized or acknowledged the situation.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and easy to access. No issues with the self check in. Many walkable restaurants and shops. 2 bedrooms had bathrooms attached, one did not thus those guests had to walk through the other bedrooms to use. Gated property was nice. Did find street parking but probably doesn't always happen. Would recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay at. I would definately stay here again. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The area is walkable and has lots of great options for dining, shopping and enjoying your time (the beach is less than 5-8mins walking distance). I’m not giving it a 5start rating because, as part of the maintenance schedule, they needed to carry out pest control. They advised with plenty of time to prepare, ensured the person was escorted in, and the work was done quickly. But their timing could be better.

Centrally located and self check in which I liked! The only thing is the rooms could be cleaner. There was hair all over the floor and shower that I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean myself. Other than that, I liked the apartment, it felt like my own home away from home!

The property itself is a bit outdated. The studio is tiny. There were no utensils or plates. The advantage of the property is amazing area Condado at a walkable distance. The staff is friendly and respond quickly. In general a good stay, but would like something more spacious. Happy holidays!
