I am excited to share our 2 bedroom apartment on Calle Sol. One of the nicest streets in historic San Juan. Sleeps comfortably 4 on 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds with A/Cs in both bedrooms, fans for the living room, and WiFi

It has a great view from the 3rd/top floor of the building into courtyard (no elevator).

Located centrally to historic sites and attractions plus restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery store

The high ceilings, the balcony/hall views and the combination of old San Juan and modern PR vibes makes this place feel breathtaking and unique. If you're visiting for vacations or for work, this is the best place!

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pan, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster and anything you need to make yourself a delicious meal. The grocery store is just a 4 min walk.

The beds are set with hypoallergenic sheets to offer the most comfortable sleep. We provide bathroom towels for every guest. The apartment is on a third floor, has an hallway exterior facing balcony. You might find street noise, its part of living in one of the best spots and a full of life street, with great restaurants and many bars surround our building. :) Its a 1900's building that has no elevator, but its worth every step!
