This unit located on the seventh floor has a comfortable space for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining room table can fit up to 6 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner or you may step outside on the balcony facing Isla Verde Strip and a little beach view.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. This open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinner, and silverware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. In washer and dryer for long-term stay

ACCOMMODATION BEDROOMS: Up to 7 guests and all bedrooms with A/C units.

The first bedroom (master) is equipped with a king-size bed for 2 guests, a side table lamp, a dresser, an A/C unit, a Ceiling fan, attached bathroom.

Second bedroom with a queen size bed for 2 guests, side table lamp, dresser, A/C unit, ceiling fan, closet with cloth hangers.

The third bedroom is equipped with one full for two guests and a twin-size bed, table lamp, A/C unit, Ceiling fan, and closet with cloth hangers.

DISINFECTION STANDARDS:

-We included a limited hand sanitizer and disinfectant for your convenience.
-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Walgreens is within walking distance.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with a few questions. After that, you will receive another message which includes all the important check-in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

Isla Verde beach is divided into three main beaches: Pine Grove, where locals go surfing; Alambique, a more relaxed strip of sand; and the Balneario de Carolina, a more relaxed location with lifeguards and parking space.
