Private island on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. The condo is fully equipped for short-term and long-term rentals. It has a marina, Malecon to walk and relax or to fish & swim on the beach or the pools. The Island has 24 hours security surveillance and security guards during the day and the evening.

A non-Smoking policy is STRICTLY enforced. No children under 8 are permitted due to liability issues.
The space
Please, keep in mind that this apartment is located on a private island; this is one of a kind vacation experience! The only one in the Caribbean! You will be secluded, and the only access to the mainland is our ferry, which runs between 6:15 am and almost midnight (more info about the ferry and the schedule will be provided below). This condo is fully equipped! It includes everything you will need for the perfect stay, from utensils to cooking a nice meal to appliances to prepare your favorite drinks (maybe a pina colada?). Wines will be available for sale to be paid via Pay Pal or ATH Mobil. The condo has a great-sized balcony to enjoy the views, including an excellent hammock to relax while listening to the breeze, waves, and palm trees! This condo has AC in every living space, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher! You will have the basic condiments to cook, such as sugar, adobo, salt, Pam, and more!

It also includes a basketball, soccer ball, tennis rackets and balls, two beach chairs to take outside, and a portable hammock to hang in one of the gazebos or between two palm trees. There is an inhabited island close by that during low tide, you can row or even walk there to explore around.

Enjoy outdoor activities such as snorkeling relax by one of our pools or beach. We also have Island Hopping charters on the Marina that you could book separately. We have basketball and tennis court. Each gazebo is equipped with electricity to connect music or the electric grill.

It is very safe, so you only worry about bringing your flip-flops to relax.

The check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need more time and no new guests are checking in that day, we can arrange an extra time.
Guest access
To get to the condo:

Park your car on the street free of charge, but at your own risk. OR park at the $5.60/day gated parking lot, then cross the street to the pier where you take the ferry. The trip is about 5 minutes from mainland. The ferry is free of charge, and it runs every 15 minutes from the pier to the Private Island, and the schedule is below. Please ensure that you arrive at least 4 hours before the last ferry is scheduled to depart when you book your flights. If you arrive after the last ferry, you will be forced to find other accommodations nearby. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Other things to note

2. To get to Ocean Zen, type on Go0gle Maps “Isleta Marina Ferry,” which will take you directly. You can park in the street at your own risk or pay $5/day for private parking for parking, and I would recommend using private parking. Once there, cross the street to the pier, and there is a Gazebo with seats, where you can wait for the ferry to arrive.

3. I strongly recommend going grocery shopping before coming to the Island. If you decide to do t after, there is a grocery cart you can lend at the apartment. Bring it in your car, but make sure you return the cart before leaving the premises.

4. The Condo is STRICTLY non-smoking (if evidence of smoking, you will forfeit your deposit), and NO pets are allowed.

5. We provide toilet tissue paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for the bathroom. We provide dish soap, garbage kitchen bags, basic cleaning supplies, and condiments for the kitchen. After they are used, the guest is responsible to replenished items if they need more. You are also welcome to leave anything that is not perishable or used, not expired, that other guests might be able to use if you wish.

6. You will have all the necessary for a comfortable sleep, such as blankets, pillows, etc. You will also have a fresh set of towels for each guest visiting. Guest Number is strictly enforced.

7. Isleta Marina has laundry facilities, change of coins are available at the security guard’s desk. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment for emergency use only if needed.
