We were very excited about booking with this hotel and that excitement did not disappear after our arrival. I would say that I feel like there were amenities that were advertised that we would have but didn't, but I think what it was is there are so many chains to this establishment that it's a combo posting. So although we thought a lot of those things would be available to us at this location, they were not such as a spa and And walking right out the door to the beach. But do not get me wrong. They were wonderful, The atmosphere was wonderful.The customer service was wonderful. The ac was cold! The bed was soft. The breakfast was lovely. And don't get me started on the location!!! I felt like we were in the center of any direction!!! Anywhere we wanted to walk within 15 minutes, getting an Uber was extremely easy. And if you didn't want to go to a restaurant, there is a grocery store across the street that was 24/7. Which was awesome since we did just sometimes want snacks. If and when we return, we will definitely be booking with this hotel again.

Staff were great and very friendly. Rooms were nice but there was lack of towels with the amount of people in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told the housekeeper would give you fresh towels in the morning, but still didn’t have enough towels. The other frustration was the parking there is only one way in and one way out on a single lane and you had to back out of the driveway into the busy road. The location of the hotel was great, away from the busy city but still close to a lot of places. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The place felt very cozy and welcoming, which made it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, definitely a highlight of our visit. However, the parking situation was a major downside. There were very few spots available, and the ones that existed were cramped and difficult to maneuver. If you’re driving, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. Still, the hospitality and comfort of the property made up for it.

You get what you pay for with this property. We just needed a bed to sleep in because we intended on spending minimal time there. Beware of the photos associated with this hotel. Very misleading. The room I stayed in on the fourth floor was VERY small. The bathroom toilet was in a separate portion of the room away from the shower. The toilet had no door attached and there was zero privacy as the shower was 2 feet away from the bed with a glass half wall. There is no vent above the shower, because if this the steam from the shower is causing the ceiling above to peel and look less than appealing. The bed was comfortable and that is the only thing above average about the room. The property itself can only be accessed by a code to the door that as a guest YOU DO NOT GET. Staff leaves for the night at midnight. If you are enjoying a night out you need to hope that the security guard is vigilant and observant that someone is at the entrance to let you in. Very average stay.

We all liked the staff. They provided us excellent service. We disliked the open concept bathrooms and shower rooms. Hotels should have doors in bathrooms and shower rooms should be private. Hotels must respect privacy of individuals. The upgrade of one of the rooms was very much appreciated. Overall we will stay at Ola again but will be specific that we do mot want the bathrooms and showers with no doors.
