If I could give ten stars I would. The manager was excellent. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean. And the hotel was close to everything. The manager gave us his recommendation on locations to swim and eat and both were great. I highly recommend this to everyone and we definitely will be coming back!!!

We had a an amazing time in Puerto Rico!! The staff were so great! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel was very close to the beach and across the street from the large grocery store. Very clean and would recommend!!

The hotel description was NOT as advertised.. there is no spa, restaurant, or valet parking. Breakfast was served in the lovby at same desk as the advertised “bar”. We reserved the Presidential suite- what we got was 2 rooms that had the separated door opened. No kitchen - only 2 small microwaves & refrigerators. Rooms slept 6 but seating was for 4. Beach was a 20 minute walk. Pictures advertised of the hotel are not accurate/very outdated including the front of the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly. Morning breakfast was very good.

Staff was excellent great morning breakfast very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area room was a bit small but we made the most of it and for future guests if you rent a car rent the smaller car if you've never driven in San Juan it's very tight compared to other streets back in the US overall would definitely book again for a great stay
