My family and I stood for one night and it was a great hotel. When we first walked in you can immediately smell how clean it is. The staff were super sweet ! We had breakfast there and it was small BUT PERFECT for my family. We had ham, eggs, toast, waffle sticks. Our room itself was big and there was 5 of us. Beautiful hotel. Loved it

While the breakfast was great and their quick and courteous customer service to upgrade my room was definitely a positive. I was not a fan of the bathroom layout. The water can leak into the floor which can be dangerous. The parking was also very small without a guaranteed spot. Given that it's on a first come first serve basis, this should not be an additional charge in my opinion. Lastly we encountered bed bugs which we brought up during check out since it was our last night there anyway but this was never addressed. Overall, this is an excellent location for where you are in San Juan. Across the street from a 24 hour supermarket, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, etc. However it still needs more work. I would like to reiterate the customer service was perfect. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice. Room was lacking. It has a micro and fridge and washing sink with a large countertop but no place to sit, eat, or relax except the bed or floor. No side lamp so you can’t read. Tv didn’t work. No plug in bathroom so you can’t blow dry your hair except over the “kitchen” counter. No place to hang dresses just a large garage style cubby so everything gets wrinkled. Door to the room doesn’t have security lock and this creates a problem because when door is closed on entry floor it sounds as if someone is breaking down your door it really needs weatherstripping or something to secure door. Could hear EVERYTHING from connecting door and I mean everything again weatherstripping might help. The toilet had residual feces on the outside of bowl from previous guest and the shower gel was empty and never filled we had to use the shampoo as body wash and that was never refilled. Don’t use the towels because there is a notice that if you stain a towel or sheet to call immediately and you will be charged. People would also leave their dirty socks and shoes hanging on the stairwell. Kinda gross. We wanted to move hotels but we wouldn’t get our money back so we suffered. I’ve stayed at many “boutique” hotels in many different places and this was not it felt it was more like a hostel. Next time I’m in Puert Rico I’ll be staying anywhere else this was the only bad decision of my 2 week stay.

I was nervous when I booked this reservation because it wasn’t your “traditional” type of hotel, but when I entered the lobby I was pleasantly surprised. Very inviting ambience. I booked a standard room which was very spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities. Nice size TV approximately 60” with a sofa and accent chair. Small kitchenette area with microwave and refrigerator. Francisco was very accommodating and his Coquito was something to die for. The hotel goes out of their way to accommodate your every needs. The beach is located approximately two blocks away, a 7 minute walk from the hotel. A grocery store is located directly across the street and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely chose this hotel again for my next vacation stay…

This is a great budget hotel close to everything. The lobby is super cute, the staff was incredibly friendly and nice—and overall I would recommend. However, our room was in need of repairs and based on what I saw of the other rooms, I felt that we got the poorest room on the floor so I wasn’t happy about that but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I would rate it a 3/5.

Staff is extremely attentive and courteous. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious and comfortable. As any new hotel, however, there are some service issues that need attention. Our room had a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker nor glasses. There was no bathe gel in the shower dispenser. We asked for it, but it never came. There are no house phones in the room, so you have to use your cell to call or text the main desk. I lost my signal, so i had no way of calling the main desk to complain about a loud party in the room above us that lasted until 2am. A great breakfast and good coffee made up for some of the lost sleep, and the day manager quickly reimbursed my deposit to make up for the inconvenience. Therefore, I would say this hotel is worth it, but they need to add some amenities, like a house phone, better monitoring of other guests, and supplies to make it really wonderful.
