We are located between two amazing beaches, both less than a two minute walk from Beach Hous!

This apartment has a queen size bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and views overlooking the pool.

The property has an automatic full-power backup generator and two water cisterns as well.

Beach Hous is located in the heart of San Juan, right next to the beach in the exclusive neighborhood of Ocean Park, 10 minutes from the airport, and easily walkable to most of what the area has to offer.
