This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms (one queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one double bed and two single beds in the second bedroom), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, a living room, a washing machine, a dryer, and a large balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset views. The nightly rate is for two guests. An additional charge per guest per night applies for more than two guests. The apartment includes assigned parking and 24-hour security.

Talon säännöt

No drinking or eating in bedrooms. On checkout day leave all bath and beach towels in the floor on front of the washing machine.
Please do not flush hair, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary towels and/or hair down the toilet. They clog condominium pipe system.
Beach chairs should be clean and without sand inside apartment. Clean all dishes. Don’t leave food on the refrigerator. Take out all trash.

You can't find a more convenient location. So easy to get on and off the beautiful beach. Pool is beautiful and clean, too. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Janille was very responsive - especially when all flights were cancelled and we needed some wiggle room! Would happily stay here again.

A few hiccups when we first arrived but overall great stay! Had trouble accessing the unit, but when the host called we got in.Fyi you need to pull not push to open the door with the keypad. We had a leaking AC unit and bedroom kept flooding which was very inconvenient. Even though it was very late, Janille insisted on coming over and was able to fix it. Ended up being a clogged filter and worked perfectly after she cleaned it out and drained unit. This is Very clean apartment, and you can’t beat the location and the views. We loved being able to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night on the balcony and walked everywhere. Here are some suggestions for future guests. The common areas like pool/beach etc need a key fob, so you need to have this with you at all times. If you have more more than 2 guests this might be a bit of a hassle. In the 2nd bathroom there are no outlets on the vanity/sink. So you’ll need to blow dry your hair in the other bathroom or the hall by the mirror.There were no pans for cooking, Would have been helpful to have a frying pan. Also there were no ice cube trays, but we bought them and left for future guests. The pool gets morning sun and is never crowded. The beach is amazing and there are chairs and wagon provided but you can also rent lounge chairs on the beach for 10. We highly recommend Kumo rooftop for dinner and The Meat Market at the Fairmont Hotel.You def won’t be disappointed staying hereThank you Janille!

Awesome!!!

My husband and I enjoyed this apartment very much! The location is wonderful with a great view to the beach/ocean! Shops, drugstore, restaurants and beautiful hotels with night entertainment are all walking distance! The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool (which is very big) was great and not crowded at all. The host Jinelle was always available and the apartment has everything needed including a comfortable beach cart that came in very handy. Overall we recommend this place and we will definitely come back again!! Follow the apartment instructions and building rules and you will have great time!

The condo was immaculate. We loved hearing the waves. So relaxing.The street was a little noisy, I live on a dead end street, so unaccustomed to street noise.

Good location-unfortunate disbelief and charge

Location is great and view of ocean. The beds were very uncomfortable, the microwave went down day 2. I thought ot was working when clock came back on, but next morning no way to reheat coffee or anything for remaining of stay. Both AC controls left, one in room with one bed, one in front room. Why would we take an AC control? Makes zero sense, but yet charged 75 after I stated where they were put. I wouldn’t choose again.

Wow!

Amazing location! Close to the beach, and airport. The condo was extremely well-stocked for cooking in-which we did most of the time. Lots of space and comfy living areas for four adults. Beautiful views!We would come back in a heartbeat!(Only one tiny suggestion-an I house binder with instructions on how things in the condo work, and maybe restaurant and activity suggestions would be nice)Janille was very quick to respond with any questions or requests. Large Gathering Space for Family

This condo is on the 10th floor and has a lovely view over the ocean. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The biggest plus was the large gathering space where we could play cards and games. It has easy access to the beach and pools and is located near a supermarket. The kitchen was supplied with utensils, dishes, etc.

Great location; Essentials missing

T,his property has a fabulous location. Close to shopping and the beach. The host provided wonderful beach chairs and towels which we really appreciated. However, several essentials were missing. Both the washing machine and dishwasher were broken. When asked about these we were told the dishwasher wasn't represented on the listing as she knew it was broken, and she said the washing machine worked when it didn't. Bar soap and shampoo were missing from both bathrooms. There wasn't a hair dryer which we did go buy and left. There arent' any clocks in the bedrooms.The TV only worked because we brought our ROCU. Finally, the microwave is ready to fall out of the wall; very concerning.We paid over $1,000 for three nights so we were disappointed. The host did allowed us to check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated.

Floors were not clean, no coffee pot, just espresso machine. Dishwasher there but doesn’t work and when asked about it was told it wasn’t listed as an amenity. Which I find to be odd that your guests have to wash dishes by hand and to trust others to have washed our dishes. No hair dryer, but listed in amenities, and no bunk beds which are listed as beds. Along with 2 other beds in one room It was a trundle bed. And another mattress in the closet. Our concerns were dismissed and she was defensive about the floors when brought to her attention.We had only one fob for 5 people . Very inconvenient as you need it to get in and out of areas of the building. Overall the location was great.

Amazing Accomodations!

We arrived and the place was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect as we were close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere and the apartment was fully furnished. The owner was so kind and sweet and bent over backwards to make us comfortable. I recommend this property for an amazing stay in Isla Verde!

Beautiful condo with beach view!

We enjoyed staying in this newly renovated condo while visiting Puerto Rico. It was clean and spacious with a nice view of the beach. The place was centrally located to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Issues we encountered were with the coffee pot (broken) and, even though it was listed as an amenity, no hair dryer! When I had contacted the property manager about the issues, she took the hair dryer off the amenity list and directed me to go and buy one at the store. Other than that, our stay was very nice and we would love to visit and stay here again. Gentle recommendations would be to provide a standard workable coffee maker, hair dryers and a listing of recommended local restaurants and places to visit. We look forward to our next visit!
