Where do i start. The room was very small and a half inch crack around the door not only gave light but noice. We went to the patio with the only water available to relax. ( hot tub )It looked like something from world war two. High fence with razor wire all around.

Quick Overnight Stay in San Juan

The hotel was in a perfect location for us - right at the airport. It was a very basic hotel, but it was clean, friendly & convenient The breakfast was included, but wasn’t great.

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. However, there was no hot water in the shower and the breakfast buffet was not good. We ended up at the cafe across the hall and ordered coffee there before we realized that it was not included. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was terrible and there was no fruit or yogurt. For the price of the room, I expected better.

Worst stay ever, won’t be trusting hotels.com

Worst hotel experience, 1 person at front desk trying to serve so many people, while other staff members walked around. Said they were short handed. Maid service was ridiculously slow, excuse was they had had a busy week, but admitted again they were short on staff. Maids still cleaning rooms at 8 PM. No sense of order or responsibility, no one’s seems to know what the other should be doing. Called manager, no return call. Avoid this place. Plane noise & fumes if you attempt to sit near 2 makeshift hot tubs or on the deck. Hotel under construction, but may be better if they close and start over. Old h

It was great to be on the airport property. I was able to walk to the airline counter in five minutes. The restaurant staff was very friendly and welcoming.
