I wanted the stay to be better I really did. Someone had to mess it all up by chain smoking causing me to be unable to breathe in a room with a non opening window. Checked out and got a refund. At least Jesus was very kind at the front desk.

The property wasn’t too far from Old San Juan. It’s off of a busy street, but the beach was close and there were restaurants and a gas station close by.

This was a beautiful clean safe hotel close to everything. Had its personal parking which was great. Super close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and a really cool Naruto themed Burger King. Staff was friendly.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. I really love it. It's elegant and clean, love the pool and staff are bice. However, on this trip , 7/1425, I was really disappointed, since I was not able to check in until 4:45 pm. Not enough towels for 4 people and I reserved the Family Room, the table with the 2 chairs was missing. I asked if I was getting pro-rated for the delay or if I could check out later, the person who checked me in. I brlieve Christian said he would check with the manager and let me know. Never received a response.
