From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported. Jessica, Pedro, Andrea, and Soe — thank you all for being so kind, attentive, and helpful during my stay. A nice and easy beach hotel in a great location. Staff is welcoming and helpful. The decor is tasteful and rooms have the basic amenities for a beach stay. Hot water in shower was tepid at best, but not uncomfortable for showering. There is no elevator though staff will help with luggage if needed. Will keep this place in mind for future trips.

The front desk staff was excellent, super kind! The room was clean. I appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Very walkable to the beach and our favorite restaurants. However, I am a light sleeper and we could hear conversations outside our window and doors slamming throughout our stay. It is not well insulated and we felt like we had to be super quiet to not disturb others. If you can sleep with no issues, stay here! But if you’re like me, maybe reconsider. Also the water pressure is horrible. The shower is like a “light sprinkle” in room 136.

This place was everything we needed before an early flight. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Beach is a block away and it’s beautiful, not too crowded, and has great swimming in the afternoon. Close to Calle Loíza, great restaurants and 10 min drive to airport. Mile from Condado. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities you’d want.
