Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please empty trash in the kitchen and throw into the black trash cans next to the house
Turn off all fans, AC, lights and appliances.
Put the gate opener back in the lockbox in the outside gate. Lost beepers will incur a $100 charge

Great stay! The home is very comfortable and spacious— perfect for family gatherings.The rooms are large, very clean, and well maintained. The closest beach is about 20 minutes away, which was convenient for us. The property manager was extremely attentive and responsive, making the stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.
This was favorite spot with my morning coffee on hammock.
