Above San Lorenzo al Mare 1 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 7 km from the centre of Imperia, 20 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 3'600 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: table tennis, table football, washing machine (for shared use).
