As other reviewers have said the structure is "light weight" and sound transmits through the walls quite easily. Management was very flexible for our late arrival and check out. Location is great, easy to find from the freeway, two blocks to views or coffee and shops.

Starting with the front desk check in, very smooth and friendly staff. Easy to talk with and easy to work with. The pet friendly was a big bonus too. Rooms are well kept and have a working refrigerator. They offer daily maid service.

Very unfriendly woman at reception. We arrived at 2:45pm (check-in is listed as 3pm) and instead of welcoming us, she made a snarky remark about me “not knowing how to tell time.” Not exactly the kind of greeting you expect at a hotel. Once in the room, we found the floors very dirty, covered with sand and dirt.

Very comfortable and clean room. Great location for waterfront activities and restaurants. Good communication from the hotel before arrival and for check out.

It was ok. Kinda run down. Definitely does not look like the pictures. The windows and back slider were unlocked and there was a big pile of random outdoor furniture on my back patio. But maybe they just gave me a janky room because I checked in kinda late (9pm). If the real room had been better reflected in the website pics I probably would have kept looking.

bedsheets had stains. Coffee maker was broke. There was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper when I went to call the desk to get more toilet paper, the phone didn't work. There were big stains on the carpet soap dispensers in the showers were broken so they put the bottles on the side of the tub and they were filthy.

Accessibility to plenty of great parking. Convenient laundry facility, ice machine, and an area where you could wash your pet. Facility and rooms were very cllean. Rooms had a refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig type coffee machine. Rooms are roomy. Table and two chairs. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Drawers for your clothes and a pause it to hang your clothes . Had a great view of the Morro rock from my room. Staff was very nice. Every day someone checked in with me to see if I needed anything. The facility checking in with me every day made a tremendous difference. Made it more pleasurable and shows that they care.
