This property was affordable, clean, comfortable and lovely. Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Friendly staff. An extraordinary value!

The hotel was very disappointing, one of the room tvs didnt work and the refrigerator had black mold. The bathroom was the cleaning area in the whole room, however it also had boxes full of sheets stacked in the bathroom. There were multiple cars with people outside smoking weed in the car and there was a random chair and refrigeraters outside of the side of the hotel and it seemed like people lived there. For paying almost $300 for one night in Morro Bay, we were extremely disappointed. We will never come here again.

The location is great, but the rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more. Staff great, clean sheets, but needs deep clean on floor and bathroom. Beds not the most comfortable. But also lower priced for the location

just ok

People are nice but the floor was dirty, had a pair of white socks on for just a few minutes and the bottom of them were brown. and the bed was horrible; it is an old-style spring mattress. And would not say it is Pet Friendly, when you have to put up a $250 pet deposit.

Pleasant Stay

Really pleased with the accommodation - better than the motel-style we were expecting. It’s a little way out from the centre of the town but pizza place market and petrol station nearby for essentials. Room well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Cozy place

Nice and cozy place to sleep, most of the day was spent at the beach and surrounding areas. Easy to park and the weather was fantastic. Room key didn't work at first but staff accompanied me back to the door to make sure the replacement worked.
