The room was extremely dirty and hot—there was no air conditioning. My daughter cried because she couldn’t sleep, and the bed smelled strongly of cigarettes. People were laughing loudly outside until 1 AM. I only managed to catch a bit of sleep around 3 AM, and then a guy with a motorcycle spent forever revving and preparing to leave at 6 AM.
We’re from LA, and after a 4-hour drive back home, we were completely exhausted. We hadn’t been able to rest properly for two nights and three days.
There was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked the receptionist, she said someone might have taken it and handed me one from another room—it was covered in wet dust.
Honestly, I wish I could give less than one star.
