The room was very comfortable. The main reason for choosing this hotel though was that they said there were EV chargers, which there were, but none of them worked. We did find other chargers in the Bank of America lot, but my husband had to wait for one to free up, then walk back to the hotel. It is misleading to say that this hotel is downtown. This lead me to believe we could walk to restaurants comfortably. In the cold and rain, the walk was a little too far. Next time we will stay closer to the town square.

We last stayed here a number of years ago when the Siri was relatively new, and it is still in excellent condition. Room was very clean, bed super comfortable, bathroom and shower were even roomy. And for those who like a walk, the location is a very pleasant 12-block stroll to the town square, helping you work off the calories you will inevitably consume once you're there! The only slight minuses were no bathmat, a couple of washcloths were slightly stained (although clean), and there was no spare toilet roll, which we discovered late at night and couldn't procure because there was no answer at the '24-hour' reception. Desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly though, and we eill definitely be staying with them again!

Check in was quick. Room was not super clean. One of the towels was dirty, hair in the shower, fridge had someone’s old food in it. Door wasn’t shut all the way when we got there - seems like they were in a rush cleaning it even though we got there late at night. Beds are ok comfy. Would choose another place next time.

1 of 3 rooms was cleaned and ready at check in. They. Quickly cleaned the third so we could settle in. The wall outlets in room 115 didn’t work near the bed. The floor in the shower is super slippery. Overall the room was fine

This is the equivalent of a Motel 6 with a nice sign on the front. The rooms are ok - but show serious wear. Our toilet was not secured to the floor. There is a blinking light in the ceiling (smoke detector) that kept us awake at night. I told the on site staff about the light, he didn't care. This could be fixed with a 1" piece of electrical tape and a ladder

Although Parking is great here and is the hotel is well situated, dealing with the personnel has not been friendly, thus far. I am made to feel as if they are doing me a favor. I have stayed here more than a couple of times, but the reception isn't very friendly. Service does matter. M.M.
