Value for money
We stayed here for 1 week. The positives:
1. 2 blocks from the beach;
2. A beach umbrella, lounge and chair are included in the price; and if you want more, let the agent know and you will be given a voucher that will entitle you to 50% of the list price;
3. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores;
4. A supermarket is right below the apartment;
5. It was clean;
6. It was spacious and more than enough for the 5 of us;
7. Massive balcony.
8. Communication with the host was great.
9. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and Air-conditioning unit which were very helpful as we were there in the middle of summer. It also has a dishwasher, microwave, and oven which we did not use.
10. There was free private parking just behind the property that requires a FOB to enter. We felt safe.
There were no surprises. We knew that there would be no WiFi, and that the elevator ends on the 5th floor (the apartment is on the 6th floor), and that we needed to bring our own toiletries, and towels.
We checked-in with an agency, where we took the keys and the bedding.
I am grateful that the host communicated with us during our stay and was solicitous to our needs, and I hope that our suggestions will be taken into account for future guests.
I believe that the place was a good value for our money. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
