Casa Carmen has the most friendliest staff, they’ll help you with anything you need.The beds are super comfortable and big. It’s super close to downtown and you can walk to restaurants close by. The property is beautiful and great for pictures.

Al llegar tardaron mucho en recoger el carro para llevarlo a valet parking mi esposo estuvo dando vueltas en la calles asta que finalmente recogieron el carro para estacionarlo. La habitación no tenía agua y los del hotel no mandaron a alguien a resolver el problema. Solo se disculparon por teléfono y su solución fue usar cubetas con agua para el escusado del baño y usar su baño de servicio que estaba fuera de la habitación al bajar escaleras. Esto causó un retraso en nuestros planes de año nuevo. El lugar muy bonito y serca de la plaza pero no regresaría porque tuvimos una muy mala experiencia y falta de servicio del personal.

The rooms were not in good condition. There was very little hot water and no water pressure. Some of the furniture was broken inside and outside. It is obvious that the ownership does not put money into the property. The only I can say about the hotel is the staff And the grounds. It was also a good location.

Buena opción directo en el centro

La ubicación es excelente, el patio y la áreas comunes son muy bonitas pero lo criticables es que no cuenta con estacionamiento y el servicio con valet es muy caro, el baño al interior del cuarto no es bueno y la habitación tiene un domo que no se puede obscurecer
