I loved the customer service and the cleanliness of the room. The beds are very comfortable, which is truly appreciated. The hotel has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The only negative thing I would point out is that it takes a while to get your car back (20-30 minutes). Other than that, everything was great. The location is excellent, just one block from the main square and the San Miguel parish church. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed at Mesones 49 as a group of three adults and one certified service dog, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. At first, we had some issues with the Wi-Fi in our room, but the front desk staff was helpful and quickly offered us a different room where the internet worked perfectly. That small gesture made us feel much more comfortable and taken care of. The location is excellent — right in the center of town, within walking distance of everything. The hotel is quiet at night, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for three people. There’s also a restaurant on the first floor, and hotel guests get a discount. The food was delicious — definitely a nice bonus! We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a central, cozy, and well-managed place to stay in San Miguel.

Lovely property with friendly, professional staff. Room had recently been updated. Conveniently located right in the center of town. Car valet service worth opting for if you decide to rent a car. Staff were great at collecting and parking in a secure off street location. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, everything is close by. The hotel is nice, but the staff needs to be trained. They were always on their phone, and seemed bothered when you ask them for anything. The restaurant people were much more attentive than the front desk staff.

The hotel itself is located in the center of all the shops and everything is within walking distance. The staff was available but didn’t really offer help. For example I let them know my internet was down. I was traveling with a special needs adult and needed it. They claimed to have connected it but never worked. Disappointing.

Funky hotel in the center of San Miguel de Allende. The room itself was nice, and the bed was comfy. The location is excellent with sights, restaurants, and shopping in a very walkable area. The hotel restaurant wasn't open, even though the Expedia listing said breakfast was available. There wasn't a water dispenser on the property, but the front desk gave us a couple of small bottles when we asked.

Very nice little hotel. Beds comfortable and nice shower. The only flaw was 6am wake up by church fireworks and bells. Then every 15mins. I traveled for 16hrs the day before so this wasnt what I needed early in the morning. Sounded like gunfire ar first.

We got room #1 it comes with no windows and very bad lighting, the hotel has three options for WiFi, none of which worked half the time, there was no hot water for the shower, no hand soap and it did not have a hair dryer despite saying it would in the booking.
