Mother & son vacation

Great inexpensive buffet breakfast. Received room service promptly whenever requested. 24 hour reception (we arrived at 3:30am and left at 4:30am). Hotel clean, comfortable with pool, gymn and three English speaking news stations on large smart t.v. Large restaurant with meals available until 11pm. Nice bar with comfortable sofa style seating inside or patio area. 10 to15 minutes walk to center of town or $2 Uber ride. Perfect hotel for the price for my son and me visiting a family friend.

The pictures are very photoshopped. The staff is rude, not very helpful. House keeping ladies are very nice. Front desk and parking staff not helpful. Paid for a suite got an executive room. I double booked accidentally and reached out to them within minutes and they charged and they would not refund me for one of the rooms. The food is expensive and not good at all. I wouldn’t NOT recommend staying here. Theres much better options for the same price.

Perfect location, but one of the staff members at the reception area was nasty. They charged us for the parking lot, which we thought was included - a bad surprise. The room's carpet didn't look clean enough, and the bathroom had a terrible odor due to the lack of strainer covers.

Loved the grounds and staff. All were quite helpful. The meals were well done. The location, a short walk to Centro was great. The beds were firm, but comfy. Slept very well here. Great restaurants also nearby. One of the best locations to scout out SMA.

Housekeeping was a little lacks. No soap in our room at check in & only one hand towel. They did supply them upon our request though. Room was very dim. Needed more light fixtures. Breakfast was a great option with full complement of items including made to order omelets. Location is very convenient for touring.
