An Unforgettable Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible accommodation, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful, serene setting. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and deck area that offered some of the most breathtaking sunset views. The highlight of my experience, though, was the exceptional service. Jamily, Julie and Manuel, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness truly made me feel at home, and it was clear they take immense pride in providing guests with an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place with incredible views, impeccable service, and a beautiful setting, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic. Just a couple of things missing like o’clock, but those things can be easily a great location and I recommend getting the golf cart from the property as they give you full tank of gas and bridge passes.

Loved the actual property. Everyone was helpful and kind. The resort is beautiful and easy to get around town. The only thing was the bed was sooo uncomfortable. It had a dip in the middle and squeaked. Other than that no complaints

It was clean, quite, and beautiful. Played terrible music by the pool and did not provide enough towels and washcloths when cleaning the rooms everyday. Those 2 things are my only gripes. But other than that the stay was awesome. Room was huge and beautiful. Had small bites by the pool once and they were delicious.

The Sunset Caribe Belize is in a nice location on Ambergris Caye. There are two pools with one in the shade for the whole day during the winter. There are some very nice restaurants in walking distance, we especially liked Rain as the food was great as were the staff. Some downsides was the washer and dryer, in the room, was not accessible by us. We had to ask housekeeping to do our laundry for us. Other rooms had them accessible but not ours. It was free but inconvenient. The bed wasn’t comfortable until we put a bedspread under the sheets. Overall, we recommend the hotel.

I like that the property was updated, however, they still has some work to do such as, property had mosquito and we cannot sit outside too long. They did not give us wash clothes. I did not get the loft I asked for and they did not change it.
