Welcome to VIVA Residences! Experience a stylish and convenient stay in this centrally located, modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the second floor of VIVA Residences. This spacious and unique unit offers comfort and ease in the heart of San Pedro, just steps from all the island’s attractions. Two grocery stores are less than two minutes away, and the stunning Caribbean Sea is only a block from your door. You’ll also be just steps away from some of San Pedro’s most popular restaurants; Caramba Restaurant, Elvi’s Kitchen, and El Fogon. We're here to answer any questions and help make your vacation incredible—just one click away from your best getaway yet!
The Space
Enjoy your stay at VIVA Residences, Unit 202, nestled right in the center of San Pedro. This second-floor apartment features a private walk-up staircase and is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a modern, comfortable retreat. The bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet with a safe, and ample space to unwind. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a beautiful mirror, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fresh towels are provided.
The living area offers a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances—refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender—plus essential cooking utensils. A dining table with chairs provides a cozy spot to enjoy meals, whether you’re dining in or preparing local favorites.
