Villa Camilla is an elegant property which has always belonged to the same family of Marquis of Rozzano, The villa has an amazing view of the tree arms of the Lake Como and also the wonderful mountains on its back. There is a wonderful park with century trees, private swimming pool (10x6 mt.) and a private tennis court. A private mooring is available at Santa Maria Rezzonico harbor.
the villa sleeps up to 16 people, its interiors are elegant and glamorous, with mosaic floors, wooden stairs, the property has been recently totally renovated and owner was very carefully in maintain the same atmosphere and beauty that was in the originally. In the villa guest can enjoy all kind of facilities such as Air conditioning, internet wifi, satellite Tv. The property is a perfect spot for large reunion, weddings, all beds are king size and can be separated into two singles.
The location is perfect for day trip, in Como The Cathedral and Piazza S.Fedele with many 400-year-old buildings and the Basilica, one of the masterpieces of the maestri comacini (masters of Como). The very austere church of San Abbondio or the early Romanesque Basilica of San Corpoforo.

The villa develops in 3 floors, on the Ground Floor: there is a large and bright living room with open fireplace, windows with a wonderful view of the lake Como, dining room, and kitchen. Very spacious play room over 85 sqm, with table tennis, table football, Upon request next to the play room is available one extra double bedroom with bathroom.
First Floor: There are 3 double bedrooms, two of them has ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, and also shares a large and furnished terrace with beautiful lake view.
the third bedroom has ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and face the villa garden.
Second Floor: Large room with pool table and lake view; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with extra-large shower and Jacuzzi tub. Double bedroom with tub and shower with garden view.
Top floor: 3 double bedrooms two of them are facing the lake and have ensute bathroom with shower, the third is facing the villa’s garden and has ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
Dependance: on request is available for extra 2 people it consist in one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower, a very simple room.

MOTORBOAT for hire: Menaggio 10 min; WINDSURF: Menaggio - Colico - Cremia; PITCH and PUTT: Menaggio 10 min; WATER SKIING: available in Lezzeno, on the other side of the lake; BICYCLE for hire: Menaggio 10 min; GOLF: Several Golf Clubs in the area-Menaggio Golf Club, in Grandola, is the closest 20 min; RIDING GROUND:Ranch in Colico 40 min; Lake Como is renowned for its luxuriant vegetation and its mild climate. In winter, in the sunniest areas such as Tremezzina, the temperature is never too cold. In summer, it is mitigated by a very nice breeze

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am

Security deposit Refundable:
Euro 3000.00 that will be collected (in cash or credit card) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

An amount of € 1.500 is to be paid upon arrival as a deposit. The chef will be available to the guests throughout their stay at the Villa.

UPON REQUEST:
Extra housekeeping: € 16 per hour per staff member (€ 20 per hour per staff member on Sunday or public holidays)
Extra bed (2 maximum): € 350 per bed / per week ( children only )
Swimming pool heating Jan 06-May 12, 2018 and Sep 22/,2018-Jan 05, 2019: €5 per hour (in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 24 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 4 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature
Cook service for lunch: € 200 per meal, plus cost of food
Personal laundry service: € 16 per hour
Butler service - € 250 / € 350 per day
Transfer to / from airports
