Posizione fantastica, estrema cortesia e disponibilità

Tutto come descritto nell'annuncio: Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, tv, giardino con posto auto. L' arredamento è un po' essenziale e "vintage" ma fornito di tutto. Ospite molto cortese e disponibile, posizione del villino fantastica, a 200 mt da ingresso spiaggia La Cinta e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Da ritornarci!

Assolutamente Perfetta!

Abbiamo passato dieci giorni meravigliosi. La casa di Antonio è posizionata strategicamente a pochi metri dalla spiaggia la Cinta. È molto confortevole , con due belle camere da letto matrimoniali e una cucina e soggiorno incredibilmente spaziosi. Il portico arredato con tavolo e sedie è ideale per pranzare e cenare essendo sempre ben ombreggiato. La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà, l'ria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti e le zanzariere a tutte le finestre sono un plus!! La casa era molto pulita e in ordine. Il signor Antonio è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, sempre puntuale e veloce nelle comunicazioni. Assolutamente consigliata!

MEIDEN SIE DIESE OBJEKT UND AUCH DEN VERMIETER. REINE ABZOCKE!!!!!

Kurz zusammengefasst die gröbsten Baustellen: Wohnung feucht und mit Schimmel befallen, Mobiliar defekt, Sofa im Aufenthaltsraum mit Bettmatratze und von Hunden zerrissener Stoff, abgebrochene Lehne, defekte und fehlende Lampen, wir mussten die Wohnung erst putzen und Geschirr waschen. In allen Räumen und Schränken modriger Geruch. Grillplatz verdreckt, im Garten eine Müllhalde mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Aluleisten und am Garteneingang ein überwachsener Kunstrasen. Terrassentisch defekt und verdreckt, verrostete Wäscheständer, Gasflaschen im Garten mit Tarnnetz versteckt. Hier wird Schrott vermietet und nur abgezockt. Nach einer Woche hin und her sind wir ausgezogen. Vermieter absolut uneinsichtig und in San Teodoro und Budoni bekannt dafür. Achtung es gibt vom Vermieter noch ca. 15 Wohnungen und Häuser in Budoni und San Teodoro. Empfehlung großen Bogen um diese Objekte und um den Vermieter zu machen. Bei einer Skala von 1-5 würden wir minus 10 geben. Wir haben alles dokumentiert (Bilder und Video an FeWo Direkt geschickt) aber es half nichts wieder etwas an Entschädigung zu bekommen. Man ist einfach ausgeliefert. Uns wurde gedroht hier kein falsches Spiel zu betreiben. Ohne Worte. Der Vermieter hatte uns beschimpft wir würden nur versuchen um sonst Urlaub zu machen. Nach unserem Auszug ist ein Handwerker gekommen und hat mit der Spachtel / Kelle den Schimmel von der Decke gekratzt und mit neuer Farbe überstrichen. Sieht jetzt besser aus aber ist immer noch modrig und mit Schimmel befallen. Der Rest ist unverändert. Bei Recherchen im Ort bei Lokalen Dienstleistern wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Vermieter hierfür bekannt sei aber es kümmert Ihn nicht. Fazit: VERMIETER UND OBJEKTE MEIDEN

Het ontbrak aan veel! geen afwasmaschine geen magnatron en wifi ontbrekende bediening airco (maganatron en wifi en afstandbediening airco heeft eigenaar dag later wel gebracht) Vuile vaat vorige bewoners stond er nog! Jammer de ligging was werkelijk prachtig! De tuintafel buiten is werkelijk ranzig .

Everything was just perfect - the appartment is really nice and the sea is right behind the corner!

In addition, our host was so nice and friendly he even took us to the airport to Olbia for our flight home. This appartment is just perfect for a holiday at the seaside and we can just recommend it to everybody!
