The Casale is a newly built country house for 8 guests near Marsciano, about 400 m upon the sea level, designed by a well known modern architect on the remains of a 17th century Umbrian farm.
Inside and outside authentic old features have been respected, but the interior is finished in a beautiful light modern style.

After arriving at Casale De Conti you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Umbria. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people.
