Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many resturants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

Living Area
A spacious, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and brick accents. Comfortable seating, smart TV, games, and soft lighting make it ideal for relaxing after a day out.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out for convenience, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and seating for shared meals or morning coffee.

Master Bedroom
A cozy yet spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed, soft linens, bedside lighting, and easy access to a modern bathroom—perfect for unwinding.

Bathrooms
Clean, bright bathrooms with granite countertops, strong lighting, fresh towels, and a tub/shower combo. Designed for comfort and easy mornings.

Loft Sleeping Area
An open second bedroom that does not have a private door. Loft has 2 queen beds and a twin bed. Features exposed brick, warm lighting, and a relaxed lake-inspired vibe. Ideal for families or groups who enjoy shared space.

Kids’ Room
A cozy kids’ ONLY space with charming five-foot slanted ceilings, two twin beds, and its own private TV. A fun, tucked-away retreat designed just for younger guests.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted
inside the condo at one time is 9 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
